It was one ofthe most comprehensive platforms that allowed us to not only have access to allthe information that we wanted on the backend but was also a positiveexperience for the end user—the customer, the member—which was a priority forus.

Working withdifferent provincial associations, they all have different needs, so we neededa platform that can be flexible, that can be adapted to different needs. But atthe same time, we needed a platform that would guarantee the quality of thedata for us as an organization but also to comply with our internationalfederation.

We obviouslygain a lot from an efficiency perspective. We now have a better understandingof our business, we can make better and more informed decisions, and also withall the new requirements coming in through the sport system, with Safe Sport,with coach certification—this is for sure the best way to monitor theserequirements and to make sure we offer quality sport.

And to makesure we have the ability to monitor what's going on across the country incollaboration with the provincial partners.

Ourexperience has been very, very positive. Uplifter has always been a partnerwith us when we had a challenge. Uplifter felt they owned that challenge too,in trying to resolve it, and helped us find creative solutions.

What we haveright now is a platform that will grow with us and will help us continue toevolve as a sport, be more connected, and be more engaged with our members.

Right now,this is a challenge, but also an opportunity for all sports, so we need to takethat challenge and try to address it.
