We useUplifter, for our main reason is database management, but it's so integralbetween membership alignment, organizational alignment, Safe Sport, andvulnerable sector check management.

It's anall-in-one shop for us. We discovered Uplifter through word of mouth from someother national sport organizations.

Sincepartnering, we've been extremely pleased with the level of service that we'vebeen getting. It kicked off with Safe Sport, feeling the need to—how do wemanage this new integration of Safe Sport into the Canadian system? And it'sactually snowballed from there.

So we've doneit from HP alignment, club engagement, and so many other needs—it justfulfills. It's been a great partnership so far.

A lot oforganizations have difficulty managing the multiple inputs of the Canadiansports system. Some might go to the Locker for coaching; some might go toSterling for their background checks.

So Uplifterhas been a great partner, not only with Badminton Canada but with multi-sportorganizations, to allow us to compile all of this information into one spot.It's actually been fantastic. The service that we get from Uplifter and thepartnership that we have has been a delight. It's a real pleasure to know thatwhen you have a question, there's always someone there to answer you in atimely manner.

We're veryearly in our stages of developing and working with Uplifter, but what I thinkis really exciting is all the opportunities that align with it. So as I'vementioned, from the daily training environment to working with the vulnerablesector, NCCP, and all these integrations and APIs that Uplifter is willing todevelop, it has done a huge service for our Badminton community.

I believe alot of national sport organizations and provincial sport organizations arelooking for a way to manage all of these new aspects in sport, and Uplifter hasbeen very flexible and very client-oriented in filling the needs and servicingof the organization in particular.
