We're one ofthe biggest, and if I can humbly say, one of the best clubs on the West Coastof Canada for grassroots bike racing.

We run about20 or more bike races a year. We've always loved it, right? It solved a hugeproblem for us—essentially, the challenge of online payments, organizingevents, and managing purchases online. All of that was taken care of the day wemade the switch.

We didn’thave to build our own system anymore. We use Uplifter for membershipregistration, but even more so, we use it to sign people up for events,including non-members. Beyond that, we’ve processed all kinds of differentevents through Uplifter, and it has worked great for all of them.

The biggestchallenge for an organization like ours is that we don’t want to be in thebusiness of running IT systems—we’re a bike racing club. Having an ITdepartment is not something we wanted to deal with, and Uplifter solved thatfor us. It meant we didn’t have to try and roll out our own e-commerceplatform.

We’retremendously pleased with the responsiveness, especially the personal touchthat we get when dealing with Uplifter.
